Prices and Payment

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and balance due dates will be communicated to You at the time of booking or quotation.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Any additional payments made, excluding the deposit amount, may be refunded where cancellation is received at least three months before the scheduled departure date.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made within three months of the scheduled departure date.

We recommend that You arrange suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If We need to cancel a confirmed booking, We will contact You as soon as reasonably possible and may offer an alternative date, alternative service, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Changes to Tours or Services

We aim to provide tours and services as described, but itineraries, routes, timings, attractions, and arrangements may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, venue availability, local conditions, or events outside Our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative where changes are necessary.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information You provide to Us is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for arriving on time for any agreed meeting point, departure time, or scheduled service.

You are responsible for ensuring that You and members of Your party are fit and able to participate in the booked service.

You must follow any reasonable instructions provided by Us, Our guides, drivers, representatives, or service providers during the provision of the Service.
